Virgen Milagrosa Church

Built in 1930 on the site of the former San Miguel Parish, this church is a remarkable work by Polish architect Ricardo de Jaxa Malachowski. In 2000, it was declared a Republican-era Cultural Heritage Site. Its elegant neoclassical façade leads to a serene interior adorned with stained-glass windows depicting the life and miracles of Jesus Christ—donated by prominent families from Miraflores. At the main altar, the image of La Virgen Milagrosa stands as the spiritual centerpiece, drawing visitors and faithful alike.
